Refunds and exchanges:
Cape Cod Coffee can not return or exchange coffee, bogs beans or any other food product for any reason unless it is a result of an error on our part. Coffee brewing products ordered online can be returned within 21 days of receipt of shipping. In order to be eligible for a full refund the item(s) purchased must be unused and in the same condition it they were received. Original packaging is required as well as the original receipt. Cape Cod Coffee will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
